How long does it take before I receive a quote?

After completing your request, you will immediately receive a message when your request has been successfully sent. Normally we will try to process your request within 3 to 5 business days.

Are you coming to visit the location before making an offer?

Our specialists can usually assess your online application based on the information you provide. It is important that you submit the application in full, including photos. If we think it's better to come and visit the site we will inform you after reviewing you're request.

I don't know the color number, what to do?

All our paint is made on location. However, without specifying a color number in advance, obtaining the correct color is difficult. The color number (RAL, NCS) can be found on the order form or invoice from your supplier. If you do not have it, we advise you to contact your supplier so that you can submit your application in full.

I have an urgent assignment, what to do?

We regularly receive urgent requests. We are happy to think along and will make every effort to be of service to you as quickly as possible. By providing comprehensive, complete data, you give our specialists the opportunity to make a quick and correct assessment of your file.

I don't know how old my home is, what about the VAT benefit?

The VAT benefit rule only applies to customers living in Belgium. If your house is older than 10 years, our services will be charged at 6% VAT. This is 21% for homes less than 10 years old. However, you are responsible for providing the correct information. Any fines and / or additional taxes are at all times borne by the client.

I just want to know if you can repair my damage, a quote will come later!

If you only want to know if our specialists can repair a certain damage, we ask you to submit your application as completely as possible. In the comments you can indicate that it is only an assessment and we will provide you with appropriate advice in a timely manner.
